Extended Solution Technical Support Reminder
We provide no charge fixes for product defects only for the most current version. We ask that you keep this in mind if you elect to purchase products in a version level that is not the most current. If you find a defect in a non current version, you will be offered the option to have it fixed in that version for a fee, or to upgrade to the most current version where if the problem still exists it will be fixed at no charge.
