Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.3 Delivers Customer Value!
Sage MAS 90 and 200 version 4.3 provides many new enhancements, paperless office capabilities, business intelligence features, and usability improvements. We’ve counted 1,468 new ways that you can use 4.3!
Go green with Paperless Office functionality included in 4.3. Save paper, toner, and postage costs. Improve communications by distributing documents through e-mail or fax. Conserve office space otherwise used for storage, and reduce the time spent finding archived documents.
New Federal and State eFiling and Reporting 4.3 capabilities provide you with over 250 forms, and enables functionality that streamlines reporting on: W2s, 1099s, Unemployment, Withholding, New-Hire and Payment Vouchers.
With New Business Insights Explorer views and charting functionality you’ll be able to do inquiries and analyze your business. Utilize 75 pre-designed views and develop personalized views based on your role and the information that’s important to you and your team. Trend activities and results using Quick-Click Charts based on the views you create. Then distribute meaningful information internally to key personnel and externally to customers and vendors.
Business Insights Dashboard will start your day with the information you need most. Quickly see key information right on your desktop, and gain access to details without having to wait for a report to be sent to you.
Reduce the time and cost associated for you and your team to process and print checks by purchasing Direct Deposit as an add-on to your 4.3 Payroll module. Offer your employees the convenience of not having to travel to their financial institution to deposit their pay, the choice of disbursements between multiple accounts, such as savings and checking, and based on fixed dollar amounts or percentages. Your employees can even view their own direct deposit stubs through the password protected employee self-service viewer.

The new Business Insights Dashboard empowers you with a customizable web-based application with the vital information you need to stay in charge of your business. Using .NET technology, the Business Insights Dashboard puts an end to information overload by putting up-to-date sales statistics, key accounting data, industry news, and competitive intelligence at your fingertips and all in once place. Best of all, this new application is included with every Sage MAS 500 7.2 system.
The new .NET and SQL Server SSIS based Data Import Manager allows administrators to import a variety of transactions into Sage MAS 500 through a simplified mapping wizard which provides detailed knowledge of Sage MAS 500 data requirements including default validations, required fields, and lookups. Import jobs can be run one-time, or schedule imports to run on a regular basis.
New StarShip Freight for Sage MAS 500 efficiently integrates packing and shipping of larger truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. Quickly view transit times and freight charges, and reduce shipping expenses by comparing the best rates using Freightquote.com carriers, your negotiated rates, or a mixture of both. The flexible interface allows you to print Bills of Lading and add shipping charges to customer invoices at the time of shipment.
